She grew up in Mooers and attended Northeastern Clinton Central School. She was born in Plattsburgh on June 30, 1958, the daughter of Arthur and June (Pelkey) Nephew. Sample, 61, of the LaValley Road, Champlain, passed away peacefully on Monday, Jat Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, with her loving husband by her side. ![]()
